ABOUT

About us

Mudo College of Taekwondo was founded in 1989 by Master Ron Berry, establishing a tradition rooted in excellence, discipline, and authentic martial arts training. Today, that legacy continues under the leadership of Walter Davis, a 4th-degree black belt who proudly carries forward the school’s mission and values.

Walter Davis is a seven-time State Champion, two-time Junior Olympic Champion, and two-time Adult National Champion, bringing elite-level competitive experience along with decades of teaching expertise. Since beginning his teaching career in 1997, he has dedicated himself to developing students not only as martial artists, but as confident, disciplined individuals.

At Mudo College of Taekwondo, training goes beyond physical techniques — it is about building character, focus, and resilience. Our program blends traditional Taekwondo principles with modern training methods, creating a well-rounded experience for students of all ages and skill levels.

We provide a welcoming, family-oriented environment where beginners feel comfortable and advanced students are continually challenged. Every class emphasizes the five core tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit — values that guide our students both on and off the mat.

Whether your goal is self-defense, improved fitness, competition, or personal growth, Mudo College of Taekwondo is committed to helping you reach your full potential while honoring the tradition that started it all.
